Job Spec:

As the IT Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of their IT & Technology environment. You will collaborate closely with the IT and development teams to optimise operations, boost efficiency, and elevate the performance of their systems and applications.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing operations & infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in applying continuous improvement practices, streamlining processes, and boosting efficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a strong background in root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent at collaborating and communicating, ensuring productive engagement with stakeholders, diverse teams, and top-level management.
  • Having a background in creating a transparent atmosphere, promoting the exchange of knowledge, and nurturing collaboration is essential
  • Proficiency in applying security best practices, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing IT infrastructure risks.
  • Proven ability to oversee relationships with external vendors, service providers, and software suppliers
  • Possesses a commercial mindset, a strong sense of curiosity, a business-focused approach, and a flair for innovation.
  • Dedicated to consistently enhancing work practices and service delivery
