Role Summary:

Key Accountabilities:

User Support: Ensure Business Systems/Application users receive the support needed to perform their roles efficiently. Provide quick and effective resolution to user issues and advise on best practices.

Application Configuration: Understand user requirements and configure applications to meet those needs. Ensure that configuration changes are thoroughly tested and fit for purpose.

Software Changes: Ensure that software updates meet user requirements and are fit for purpose by testing them before deployment, minimizing regression issues.

System Maintenance: Maintain the healthy operation of live systems through performance, corrective, adaptive, or preventive maintenance. Monitor system interfaces and take corrective action when necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with customers and colleagues to identify opportunities for improving business processes and value teamwork.

Requirements:

Interest and Experience: A genuine interest in Business Systems/Applications and staying updated with new trends. Experience in supporting and configuring software applications.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Ability to understand business systems/applications and identify potential improvements.

Technical Experience: Experience in supporting Finance platforms, HR systems, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft products (including PowerApps, Power BI), bespoke applications. Good understanding of AWS, Azure, and other hosting platforms.
