Service Delivery Manager - Bristol £40-60K

An experienced ITIL Service Delivery Manager is needed to manage a new outsourced IT service provider for an established technology business in Bristol.

The Service Delivery Manager will own the front line relationship between IT and the business and develop processes to deliver support to the business.

You will monitor the service levels and key performance indicators, the ITIL Service Delivery Manager will drive the suppliers to produce excellent customer service to the organisations end users.
