Are you an experienced IT Service Support Technician?

Are you looking for a new job in 1st/2nd line IT Support in the central Bristol area, walking distance from Temple Meads train station?

Do you enjoy troubleshooting and resolving systems issues? Do you want to work as part of a great team working for an internationally renowned company?

I have an opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy internal helpdesk team. You will be delivering 1st/2nd line support, troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server issues as part of a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have the following background and experience:

-Previous experience of providing telephone based support for 500+ user base
-Excellent analytical and problem shooting skills
-Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
-Knowledge and/or experience of supporting MS Desktop & Server Technologies, Active Directory, Network connectivity, MS Office, etc.
