Service Desk Analyst - Bristol - £20-26K
*Shift Pattern (4 days on, 4 days off) early 07:30 - 19:00 & late 11:00am - 22:30pm*
An established enterprise level IT solutions company in North Bristol require a junior IT support technician who is passionate about technology and a quick learner.
You will ideally have 1-3 years of commercial experience on an IT Service Desk and/or a relevant qualification.
Technical environment will include (not all required but you will learn):
MS Windows Server 2012
MS Virtual Machine Manager
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Hyper-V / VMWare
