An ICT Infrastructure Systems Manager is required for a large and complex government ICT environment which supports around 15000 users over 125 sites.
Experience within complex ICT server & systems environment
Proven managerial / supervisory skills / staff development
Be a lead on ICT Infrastructure projects - Server, Storage, Data Centre
Develop procedures and policy's in large complex environments
Preparing & presenting reports to senior management
Create service improvement plans
ITIL - Problem / Incident management
Manage 3rd parties
Have a solid technical infrastructure background
